An observation deck with 360 degree views
Mt. Moriyama is located at Nirayama Area, there are many historical sites, all these sites have been well kept. The park also open its nature to the public.
The park has a 481 meters length pathway, from the observation deck at the mountain top of Mt. Moriyama, you can have a clear view of the countryside landscapes of Nirayama Area. There are also five view points where you can watch Mt. Fuji especially in late March and early April with blossom of Cherry.
There are three registered historical sites, Hojoshitei-Ato, Denhorigoegosho-Ato, and Ganjyojyuin-Ato, and other historical sites.

| Getting there | Get off at Izu-Nagaoka Station of Izu-Hakone-Tetsudo Line, take a taxi for 5 minutes or walk for 20 minutes. Drive via Route 136 toward Shimoda area, turn right at the intersection of Izu-Nagaoka Station Entrance. Turn right at the intersection of Chitose Bridge. |
