Mt. Hottanjo is a mountain that stretch across Numazu City and Izunokuni City with a height of 410 meters above sea level. Magnificent views of Uchiura Bay and Mt. Fuji can be viewed from the mountain top. It was designated as one of the Hundred Mountains of Shizuoka, it had become a popular hiking course among other course such as Amagi Mountain and Katsuragi Mountain.
