Chougahara Mountain Tsutsuji Festival
The mountains have been dyed red by 12,000 blooming Tsutsuji tree. A nice stroll on the street and the view over there is amazing! If you go when the weather is fine, you can also see Mt. Fuji from the mountain top.

| Getting There | With Bus : From Izukyu Shimoda Station take the bus goes for Tenjinhara and get down at Shimamitouge (approx. 60 minutes), then walk around 15 minutes. ※Please be careful of the time because only few busses going there. With Car : From Izukyu Shimoda station go to Shimogamo (approx. 20 minutes), then go to Tenjinbara with the road bound for Jaishitouge (approx. 20 minutes) and then go to the Chougahara Mountain Tsutsuji Park ※Because it is mountain road, please be careful when you drive |
