Yugawara is a place beautiful for its red leaves, but unfortunately I didn’t have the time to put this report in to our special coverage of Red Leaf 2014, so I decided to put it here.
Yugawara is a place full of seasonal beauty, its natural scenery transforms gradually toward each season without any degradation.
This season in Yugawara is already the late season for red leaf viewing, the ground of the park were thickly covered by fallen leaves.
The colorfulness of the scenery is deepened while the autumn atmosphere became more dense.
It gave me a special feeling of autumn that is different from the feeling that rose at the beginning of the red leaf season.
I admire the red leaves in Yugawara from the bottom of my heart.
The bright color radiated from the leaves looked just like they are on fire, burning with enthusiasm for the last stage of their life.
I wish I could have a life like a red leaf, burning for life and dreams.
Never lead a vain life and chieve goals in life with satisfaction.
I hope someday I can find my life goal, combine my whole energy to try to achieve it.
There is a creek in Manyo Park, the water is pure but flowed rapidly. Alongside the creek, there is a footpath for visitors.
The riverbank of the creek was fully covered with fallen leaves, turn the whole bank into red color.
I walked toward the upstream with the pure creek flowed beside me.
After climbed a stone stair, I walk out to a large road.
The ground of the Manyo-no-mori forest was covered with a thick layer of fallen leaves, felt soft and loose when walked on it.
I walked forward, there stretched yellow leaves and blue sky.
It felt like entered a world of fairytale.
A small bridge is waiting for me silently.
The tree, the creek, the grassland were all covered with red leaves.
And the poem written by Ootomo no Tabito.
Manyo Park with red leaves, beautiful sceneries everywhere.
I love Yugawara.
I love the scene of autumn.
I love myself soaked in happiness.
