There is a beautiful grassy plain on the mountaintop of Komuroyama (321m above sea level). There is a 360-degree panoramic observation deck with the splendid views of Gulf of Sagami and Amagi Mountain ranges on the top of the lift of 230m long (one way), 98m pitch difference, three minutes ride.
Nearby well maintained facilities are available: a rest house, four gate ball grounds, a municipal general ground, 18 tennis courts, a baseball field.
Also, the camellia of 1,000 kinds of 4,000 blooms in The Camellia Gardenfrom October to April. When 100,000 azaleas blooms in the beginning of May it seems like red carpet of 35,000 square meters.
