The view of Mt. Fuji and lakes from the former Kamakura street is superb. It’s nice to think about old days seeing venerable Hakusan Shrine, Amitabha hall related to a holy priest Shinran, legendary princess Sakuya.
Fuji Kawaguchi-ko Furu-sato Guide Association can provide any kind of guided tour, for example “walks Kamakura Highway with inverted image of Mt.Fuji”. Durationis approximately two hours and 30 minutes. Reservation necessary by before one week, Tourist Office (0555-72-3168).
