Shinpei Nakayama left a big footprint for the public music history in early Taisho era and rememberd as well-known composer of “teru teru paper doll” “kata-tataki (tapping on the shoulder)” “shabon-dama (soap bubbles)” of Victor Music Company of Japan, Ltd. and remove and rebuilt the villa where he lived in and being saved with a memento.
The quiet appearance of a Japanese garden blends in a calm wooden building and gives the people to visit here an ease.
