Special Exhibition of Invasive Species at Hakone Forest Community Museum
2013/12/01
There are many invasive species living around our surroundings including “American crawfish” that had been brought from foreign countries. These invasive species are no harm to the natural environment if carefully kept at captivity. But if these creatures ran away, they will adversely affect the life of the Japanese convention creature and also human life.
The Museum exhibits multiple creatures of invasive species habitat at Kanagawa Prefecture and the neighboring areas that had been brought from foreign countries and regions. The exhibition includes habitat displays, stuffed animals and photograph panels.
