Greetings everyone, how are you? (^v^)/
Last week, I went to Taiseki-ji at Fujinomiya, Shizuoka Prefecture and now here is the article. (This place is a bit cold so please don’t forget to wear your jacket.)
Taiseki-ji is a Buddhist shrine, and not just an ordinary shrine, this place is one of the head temple of Nichiren Shoshu sect in Japan. Probably because it’s basically a place to pray that it has the calm and tranquil atmosphere. You are welcome to come here Buddhist or even non-Buddhist. I personally also visited this place to feel that “Japan” feeling from the collaboration of sakura and shrine. ✽
I think we could see Mt. Fuji from this place, too bad the day I went there (April 1, 2015) is cloudy and no sight of Mt. Fuji for me…
This is the front of the shrine, what a big gate!!
The graceful scenery at Taiseki-ji. Many kinds of sakura and the sacred place creating a beautiful harmony.
Even tough it is a place to do religious thing, Taisekiji is pretty lively, look at all those cute children come over to play. Kids or grown-ups can also enjoy the delightful sakura over here.
A place to clear your mind and heart. Taiseki-ji is very recommended for you who prefer to go to a more peaceful, low-key place.
Thank you for reading this article. Please stay tune for more of our updates.
